Our Cancellation Policy We do not offer refunds; however, we will work with you to reschedule a time that works for you and our company. We understand things may come up and you need to reschedule. Please understand, when you cannot keep your scheduled appointment that prevents us from meeting with someone else. By booking this appointment you agree and understand that you are paying for a consultation or session with Gifted Generations, LLC. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment.
